Winsystems, a leading technology provider for the gaming and entertainment industry, participated in ICE 2026, held in Barcelona from January 19 to 21. Within this framework, the company reinforced its positioning in the Spanish market, with a special focus on route operations as one of the strategic pillars of its technological proposal.
In a context like the Spanish one, marked by its own regulations and very specific operational requirements, Winsystems continues to develop solutions designed to help operators differentiate themselves and maximize the performance of their operations. In this sense, WIGOS ONE consolidates itself as a comprehensive and modular management platform, capable of adapting to different business models —including arcades, bingo halls, casinos, hospitality, and routes— and integrating with third-party systems, ensuring flexibility and regulatory compliance.
During ICE 2026, Winsystems emphasized two of its main differentiating elements for the Spanish market: Player Tracking and Win Pay. The Player Tracking solution allows operators to gain deep insight into player behavior and boost loyalty through advanced tools such as jackpots and Happy Hour, improving the gaming experience and engagement.
For its part, Win Pay was presented as a strategic lever for the digitalization of payment in route operations and other environments, highlighting the new eTITO solution for kiosk redemption without the need for a paper ticket, which allows offering a more agile and convenient payment experience for the player, while providing greater control and operational efficiency to the operator.
José Luis González, Sales Director for Spain at Winsystems, pointed out: “ICE 2026 has been a key opportunity to show how our solutions help Spanish operators make a difference. With tools like Player Tracking and Win Pay, we offer real value in those aspects that allow them to compete better, build player loyalty, and optimize operations in a market as specific as the Spanish one.”
Winsystems thanks all attendees who visited stand 3M30 for their interest in learning firsthand how its solutions can transform the management and performance of gaming operations. The team of experts conducted personalized demonstrations and answered all inquiries.
