Winsystems' WIGOS CMS drives the management of Casino City Center Rosario

Winsystems' WIGOS CMS drives the management of Casino City Center Rosario

The installation connects more than 2,500 slot machines, all operating and reporting in real-time, reinforcing the operator's efficiency, control, and decision-making.

Wigos is the casino management system designed to centralize operations, optimize processes, and offer a complete real-time view of the business. Its scalable and modular architecture allows it to adapt to high-volume operations, integrating slot management, tables, players, promotions, and payment methods, always under the highest security and regulatory compliance standards. This implementation at City Center Rosario reinforces Wigos' role as a key platform for the modernization and digitization of operations.

Casino City Center Rosario is one of the country's most important entertainment complexes, recognized for its wide range of gaming, hospitality, gastronomy, and shows, and for its constant commitment to innovation and operational excellence. Its vision oriented towards modernization and the continuous improvement of the customer experience makes it a benchmark within the regional gaming industry.

This milestone also marks the start of key new Wigos features in the operation, such as the implementation of Player Tracking for player identification and management, along with the activation of Fun Plays, which bring greater dynamism, engagement, and value to the player experience. In line with the evolution towards increasingly digitized environments, the project also incorporates the possibility for players to load gaming credit directly onto the machine from a bank account or e-wallet, securely and instantly, via an interoperable QR code. This solution, which is part of the payment method management platform Win Pay, drives a more agile, secure cashless model aligned with new market demands.

Francisco de Moya, CEO of Halkkon Capital Partners, commented: “This launch represents an important step in the technological evolution of our operation, allowing us to optimize management, improve customer experience, and lay the foundation for future developments.”

For his part, Eric Benchimol, CEO of Winsystems, highlighted: “The launch of Wigos at City Center Rosario is a clear example of how our technology adapts to large-scale operations, enabling operators to optimize processes, improve the player experience, and evolve towards increasingly digitized models.”

“This implementation is part of our growth strategy in the region and reflects our commitment to supporting operators with robust, scalable, and future-proof technology,” remarked Darío Zutel, Executive President of Winsystems. “Moving forward alongside a benchmark like City Center Rosario allows us to continue consolidating our positioning and bring real value to the operation.”

With this new installation, Winsystems reinforces its commitment to the Argentine market and continues to advance steadily in its expansion strategy, accompanying leading operators with state-of-the-art technological solutions.
